SheHarmony Policies

Please review these policies before purchasing or submitting a request.

AI Content Disclosure

SheHarmony creates personalized songs and album artwork using artificial intelligence. All content is AI-generated — no human composers, musicians, or artists are involved in the creation process.

AI-generated content is intended for entertainment, personal gifting, and personal-use purposes only unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The AI may interpret or paraphrase submitted story details and lyrics for musical phrasing. Generated content may contain variations from your exact input.

Originality & Copyright Disclosure

Customers may not request content that copies or imitates copyrighted songs, melodies, lyrics, or other protected works.

Customers may not request content "in the exact style of" a specific living artist, celebrity, or public figure.

Under current US Copyright Office guidance, AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright registration. Customers receive a personal-use license to use delivered content for personal sharing, gifts, and non-commercial purposes.

Voice, Name & Likeness Policy

Customers may not request voice cloning, impersonation, deepfakes, or likeness-based content of any person without clear permission from that person.

SheHarmony does not create content that falsely suggests endorsement, participation, or approval by a celebrity, artist, influencer, or private individual.

Acceptable Use Policy

Customers may not use SheHarmony to create content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, deceptive, defamatory, threatening, or intended to harm another person.

SheHarmony may refuse, revise, or cancel requests that violate these rules or create legal, safety, privacy, or reputational concerns.

Refund Policy

Because SheHarmony creates customized digital content based on customer-submitted details, all sales are generally final once work has started.

Refunds may be considered only if: (1) no work has started, (2) a duplicate charge occurred, or (3) SheHarmony is unable to deliver the purchased product.

If a delivered item has a clear error caused by SheHarmony, we may offer one revision or correction at no additional charge.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Terms of Service

By submitting a request or purchasing from SheHarmony, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to use any names, stories, photos, text, or materials you submit.

You agree not to submit copyrighted, private, illegal, or unauthorized materials. You are responsible for reviewing your final content before sharing it publicly.

SheHarmony may update pricing, services, delivery times, and policies at any time.

Privacy Policy

SheHarmony may collect your name, email address, order details, story details, and submitted creative preferences to complete your request.

We use customer information to process orders, communicate with customers, deliver content, improve services, and prevent misuse.

We do not sell customer personal information. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers such as Stripe or other payment platforms.

Please avoid submitting highly sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your requested creation.
